Blackhat Free Forum Hoster? - Duckmodz - Jan 17, 2015
I've been looking through threads on here, couldn't really find any to suit me. I was thinking about posting Hacking Tutorials, Social Engineering, etc. But some gaming stuff.
It just has to be free, blackhat content allowed (preferably cpanel).

You probably won't find a good and reliable host for a blackhat forum. I highly recommend you the host in my signature, I am using it myself and I am happy with it.

The webhost in your signature won't support illegal material... What's the point in him buying the hosting you recommend if it can't do what he wants....

Well I don't think any free hosting provider wants to host blackhat activity on his server. Although you can try searching on google for free host in remote locations and see if they take any action.

OP I suggest not making a BH forum as you will most likely get in trouble.
Start a legit, legal site and make way more money in the long run without risking your freedom everyday.
