Instagram Jacking - The Death Method - ๖ۣۜCriminal - Jan 19, 2015
Releasing to the community an old useful method a friend passed on as knowledge before quitting, using this method you can obtain active instagrams as well as inactive instagrams, now before I get into this method lets look at the death policy at instagram, instagram states "It's our policy to remove the account of a deceased person from Instagram. To protect the privacy of people on Instagram, we're unable to provide anyone with login information to an account." they can't give you the current account but they can SWAP the handle onto a temp account more on that later.
1. Head over to https://help.instagram.com/contact/452224988254813
2. make sure you have a photoshopped death certificate and proof of authority that your associated with the dead person.
3. with these 2 pieces of info handy fill out the report as best as possible.
4. Choose "Remove" on the what you want them to do option.
5. in the additional information box explain you don't feel comfortable with the persons account existing since the persons dead and you would like the current account deleted and the username swapped onto another account that you have access to, give instagram the link of this temporary account.
6. if things work out you got your self a nice og handle!
Notes: This method only works for HANDLES not the actual account, theres other methods that allow the jacking of the full account and this isn't the main method I use for instagrams so I thought i'd release something decent to the community. Im not sure if it will work 100 percent but they will definitely remove the username and you may be able to convince them to give the handle in another email correspondence either way it's an effective way to gain usernames.
If anyone would like to give it a few test drives like on my old skype closing thread go right ahead.

Meh it's not as public as the trademark method + if you twist it up occasionally they give the handle, instead of just removing the username which is what normally happens.This may work on other services as well but it was mainly tested on instagram.
