I'm currently finishing my website as I write this thread, and the last thing I'm in need of, is a team of competent writers. You must be willing to work whenever an assignment is given, and always work with a given deadline. You must have an eye for details, and always write professionally with correct grammar. The assignments will typically be essays, research and proofreading.

1) Depends on each assignment. I imagine the process being this - I send you the instruction sheets, you reply back with a price and ETA, which I will forward to the customer and await payment.
2) It can be anything from fiction to analyzing a speech.
3) The website is like every writing service here on HF. However, instead of doing business here, I have created a website targeting students in my country. I would link you the site, but you wouldn't understand anything from it.
4) I have yet to choose the first person. In the beginning I imagine having 2, maybe 3, writers whom I'll contact over Skype when a job is available.

So it's a foreign site? What are the payment methods, how much approx would you be charging for assignments, like a rough estimate. What cut are you getting out of per assignment. And how regularly can you guarantee work/traffic?

Yes, that is correct. Payment methods will be either PayPal or Bitcoins, depends on the customer. Every assignment will bring you atleast $20 USD. I'm adding my cut on top of your quote, and if I do not like you price, I'll make an counteroffer. I have no estimate on how much work there will be, as it is an untested market and there is nothing similar in my country - yet.

It's a foreign site and we'll be writing the essays in English I assume? What level of writing would these assignments be? (H.S? Undergrad? Grad?) And when I mean traffic I meant what are the estimate numbers looking like of people going to use the service?

Yes, everything must be written in perfect English. I aim to find writers competent enough to write on University-level (Grad. school.), but at the same time be able to write on H.S. level.
Right now is the time where ALOT of "Undergrads" in my country is given a large assignment, and I'll be targeting them to begin with. Hopefully a few of these will be ordered. I cannot give you any reasonable estimate number, sorry.
