Stock Market Questions? - way245 - Jan 23, 2015
So, I know a little bit of the Stock Market, but I go through all of you guy's thread and obviously know a WHOLE LOT. So I feel like this is a pretty good place to get my questions answered and where to get started. First, what did YOU do as a beginner? What was your first move? First share bought?
Next, what website do you use? I don't know what any of you guys are talking about as far as sites, but what are the main ones? Scott Trade? eTrade?
I'm also going in with a friend to try and learn and hopefully make some money. Obviously it doesn't just roll right in, but it's definitely something I want to learn a lot about and get on my feet :D.
What would you suggest to us? Been thinking about investing in marijuana, but what else do you guys think?

Started off in a simulator, don't recall my first ever stock.
Merrill Edge, Etrade+TDAmeritrade are common
Invest in what makes money. Don't choose an industry until you understand what the market is.
