Did you check your Hardware connections? HD, CPU Fan, RAM, PSU, etc?

Mhmm, I'd boot onto a hirens disk (google hirens boot disk), run that and see if your PC is picking up your HDD and run a few tests while you are in hirens.

Hirens is a mini bootable windows and it has many diagnostics tools < best tool ever use it all the time as a Technician.

I have no clue what this means... It just wont turn on... I can run a diagnostics at startup but that's it. Everything else will not show/work..

The internal components of your computer. Make sure everything is connected, try to boot into safe mode with command prompt if you can. Should be F8 I believe.

From what it sounds like something 'may' have been corrupted in the system, If you haven't installed anything in the past 24 Hours I would Restore it back about a day or two whenever the problem did not persist.

That sounds really weird, make sure everything is connected properly with-in the pc.

If it's been bouncing around hard disk maybe a bit fucked like i said run hirens disk and run a health/error test and if your HDD has any bad sectors i'd recommend buying a new hard disk and like Hypnotized said check the connections, they may have came loose while being in the back driving around :L
