Do you mind asking the person you are helping if they don't mind having their logs public? It would be awesome if there was resources to look at. Hell you can probably tell us what you did if there was a particular hard problem so that people like me(who are learning white hat) can study from. You know just additional resources to look at. Thanks. * - Orchid - Feb 23, 2015 I would like to know how you would remove a replicating piece of malware hidden in your system files. Just to insure you know what you're doing. * - SIM-2223238 - Feb 23, 2015 Orchid, I am not that great yet, I got this on my own pc once, and just found the shit in the register, But some viruses are just too annoying, that you even have to reset your pc to a factory settings, But the most people have these basic viruses. * - Orchid - Feb 23, 2015 (Feb 23, 2015 10:35 AM)Aggron Wrote: Orchid, I am not that great yet, You providing help and other various things is fine, but I do not recommend you going into others system via Teamviewer. * - SIM-2223238 - Feb 23, 2015 Why actually, It wont cause any problems actually, I will be more secure, with the regedit only. * - Wafflemonger - Feb 23, 2015 (Feb 23, 2015 10:51 AM)Aggron Wrote: Why actually, It wont cause any problems actually, You should not touch anyone's regedit period. I would not even do this and I am quite confident with regedit. The reason why is that if you mess up even once then the person's computer could be gone. * - Orchid - Feb 23, 2015 (Feb 23, 2015 10:51 AM)Aggron Wrote: Why actually, It wont cause any problems actually, I am going to leave a neutral on you so people are warned, this is temporary. * - HitSweMan - Feb 23, 2015 Could you also check if you have virus or a RAT? I mean if you think you are infected? Is this awesome service only for removing bad programs or help deleting some other shit o something that you need help with? * - SIM-2223238 - Feb 23, 2015 (Feb 23, 2015 11:02 AM)Orchid Wrote: I am going to leave a neutral on you so people are warned, this is temporary. Well, Orchid. Well, There are some threads here, that shows you how to find out, that you are infected. Google ESET scanner, and run a scan. * - Orchid - Feb 23, 2015 (Feb 23, 2015 11:34 AM)Aggron Wrote: Well, Orchid.
