You need an API for that.
Search around, you might find some free ones.

#Facepalm...

You need a skype Resolver API lol.

Then you'd wanna do something like this

Dim wbClient As New System.Net.WebClient
Dim strIPAddress As String = wbClient.DownloadString("APIHERE" + TextBox4.Text)
TextBox2.Text = strIPAddress

Okay, i got an api, what code do i use to make it work?

* - LijpeMD - Jan 27, 2015

Retard, don't post your API here, PM me and I'll help you.

You actually shouldn't be creating a 'stresser' when u can't do simple webrequests.

Eh, dont be mean :( i only just started learning D:

Still looking for help!

And i might pay for help!

* - Ninja - Jan 27, 2015

You only started learning and coded your own stresser? Anyways, the API URL you got should speak for it self. If you look at it you will see you have to enter a username behind it. That means that you have to download the webpage of the URL + the username. Then from that webpage extract the IP (or if it only outputs the IP this isn't needed).

umm srsly dude

Code
Dim Web As New Net.WebClient()
    textbox2.text = Web.DownloadString("yourapi/username=" & TextBox1.text)
