It is difficult to bypass the Chrome malware/file not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous warning, but I found a way.
First, you want to crypt your stub (still works uncrypted I believe.)
Then, you want to sign up for a Microsoft account (unless you already have one) to sign up, go HERE. and then go to OneDrive and log in. Upload your file, check the box and then create a view only link to download. I have been using this method for months without any errors and there hasn't been much impact on my crypted stub detection rate, so I think OneDrive might not distribute.
