Mate, your first port of call, particularly when sharing a file of this nature, Is a virus scan via NVT. This will allow to make an Informed decision on the file's contents. Because of the nature of the tool (generically known as a hack tool), there may be a few false positives, but nonetheless, a virus scan Is very beneficial.

Well since a virus scan nor any confirmation to It's cleanliness has been posted, I've executed It, and suspicious activity was detected to the effect of "W32spyrat" by my Norton's Sonar protection.
This Is a strong Indicator of malicious content.
