Short Explanation:
I am developing some projects and I planned to sell them on a Tor site (Evo) and DOP contacted me. Everything was going fine he seemed interested and he was being hesitant later on. This was because like I stated to everyone that we need a vendor account. (I even explained I don't need ownership of the vendor account via pm)
After I told him if he has to think about it etc then we should not partner. Then he starts bad mouthing me, -reps me, and then flames my thread. This is a very low quality HF members and I would recommend not to deal with him if doing any type of partner deals as he will most likely just screw you over or do something else.

As you can see in picture two he goes from trying to be a polite person to a straight up kid in a matter of seconds because of a disagreement (Which I am sure many people have on here) and didn't have to end in him -reping me etc and making false claims.

I myself am at fault for only 2 things and I am fully aware of it
- About saying if he doesn't know what stealers are then we should not parter part
- If he has to think about it then we shouldn't partner (I am someone serious as I don't want someone who has to think. I need a Person who knows what they want and are serious about doing this).
Later I get my thread flamed by him and look what I got

Actually, I am not going to invest 1 BTC into something I have never seen before and don't know quality of it. I never asked you for the source code, nor do I want it.
