These are IPB hashes. The last one looks like its missing a character in the salt though. Salt's should be 5 character for this I'm pretty sure.

That's and MD5 hash. The system looks something like this:
md5(md5($salt).md5($plain_pass));
which translates to this format roughly:

If you cant figure out hashcat, you can just keep posting the hashes here and I or someone else will help you crack them.
