HTML help onclick="startGateway('XXXXXX');" - Warren Buffett. - Feb 10, 2015

Alright guys I have been using a template since a while now on my blog for CPA and I wanted to change a bit of code but I have a little problem.
My current code is:

But I don't want it to follow the link

There are a couple different ways.

1:

2:

If you use an image or a button, it should just work. If you use a link, those should both work. Actually, if you're using a link, try doing this instead:
