Try to block him and delete any chat with his nickname and remove Kik and reinstall it again and see if this issue still happening

wtf theres no option to delete him i believe its called blocking and i blocked him already and he still manages to add me to his gay arab chat

There is a option before you press delete convo, click the tools button in the top right and hit block.
