Group Situation and Tibit - Omniscient - Feb 17, 2015
Without being overly dramatic about this I'd like to alert the members concerning Tibit losing his group and seemingly owing a lot of people a lot of money.
I have today officially sold a new group to 'Porygon.

I was going to use the proceeds to pay Tibit, however it appears that he's scammed one member for partial ownership of the group for nearly $4k. And he also accepted a lot of money for leadership and member fees. In good-conscience I can't see just forking over all this money to a guy who has scammed the community.
I sent him my concerns days ago and he has not responded. I was hoping to come to an agreement with him to ensure that he repaid the members he promised he would and make right the situation before he leaves. Unfortunately, I can't be sure he will.
I plan on holding the funds for his group until I'm more comfortable that he has corrected these problems.
HF lost 3 official user groups in the past 6 months. I've sold one and another is about to be sold as well. I will very likely leave the 3rd group for the OMC auction which I hope to resume when OMC is stable again.
This thread is more of an announcement about what's going on. It's being closed to minimize drama but I wanted disclosure on what's happening.

Tibit has been sent $2k payment from me.
