Help. Can regular members post a thread in eBook bazaar? - Miki - Feb 18, 2015
Just as the title states, can they do it or are they not allowed, because I've sold my resale rights last year and the user came back and wants to sell.
my apologies if this thread is in the wrong forum, its really late here and I'm not sure where to post this?

They can, but they will need positive reputation to post in the marketplace.

Yes, as long as they have +Reputation it will not be an issue.

There are no restrictions based on membership status for that section of the Marketplace. As long as they have positive reputation, they can post a thread in there.
