To be realistic (since figures are expensive as hell), I think wall scrolls / posters and other merchandise like that would be really popular. I know I'd love having one.
Honestly it's the thought that counts, so just give away whatever you feel like. I'd appreciate it and get my hopes up even if it's just a lanyard.

Most giveaways in the past here were manga if that helps. Not too expensive and easy to ship.

Manga or light novels would be nice, anyone can read but some people don't have a bluray drive or player to watch anime with. Also like others said, it's cheaper to get.

why dont you do the giveaway and set a monetary limit and let the winner choose what he wants, that way everyone is happy no matter what.
