I use the Athena HTTP Botnet, should give it a try.

I know this cannot be discussed on HF, but I am going to discuss it only for DDoS purposes.
The botnet is called BetaBot, and consists of SlowLoris, HTTP Get, Rapid Connect/Disconnect & UDP.
It is probably the most stable bot and a lot better than Athena HTTP.

Betabot is dead,it hasnt been updated for months and the seller on exploit.in is not responding to messages.
You should look at Kronos.(I dont think it has DDOS but it is good for stealing info)
