LET'S GET OMC ONTO CRYPTSY! | Community Support Needed! - SIM-2015410 - Feb 27, 2015
Hey everyone,
Omnicoin is pushing to get onto Cryptsy's exchange. A huge factor in their decision is the community support they see from YOU. We need YOUR help to get Omnicoin listed on Cryptsy.
THE FIRST TASK: Vote for Omnicoin on Cryptsy now!
Each Cryptsy user is allowed 1 free vote per coin.
To sign up please visit this link: https://www.cryptsy.com/users/register.
Paid votes can be submitted using either BTC or CryptsyPoints. Every 0.0002 BTC will count for 1 vote.
Send to: 1BCSbLh9qU9LmqkHUcJwaAe77gzwYb9Y9Z
It's far cheaper to purchase Cryptsy points and then vote with them. It's only 0.00012 BTC / vote that way instead of 0.0002 BTC (5 votes per CryptsyPoint).
Go into the CP market and buy them, then use them to vote, although this can be a bit slower than just using bitcoin.
If you want to vote with Cryptsypoints in bulk amounts, use the Cryptsy Voting Script by Abraham Lincoln to help!

- https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4707940 - Huge thanks to Supervisor for his help!
COMMUNITY SUPPORT IS VERY IMPORTANT, SO EVERYONE'S FREE VOTE MATTERS! PLEASE VOTE FOR OMC!
Thousands of individuals voting once is better than an individual voting a thousand times.
The second task is really simple. Cryptsy has told me that they will monitor the activity of the Omnicoin Thread on bitcointalk.org. Currently it is sitting with less than even 1 full page of replies. We need you to:
- Login or Register on bitcointalk.org
- Visit the Omnicoin Thread there
- Post a positive reply!
It's as easy as that! Once Cryptsy sees the huge boom in replies in the thread, they will easily be able to see that Omnicoin is strongly backed by the community, and that is a huge step toward getting it listed.
So thank you very much in advance for your support, I hope each and every one of you reading this thread will take the short time to do your part in our community coin.
MeshCollider and the Omnicoin Team.

Sounds like Omnicoin is back on the rise! I will be constantly mining this coin until it dies, hopefully we can stop the people who are renting rigs just to mine this coin, though.
We will rise!

I suggest everyone to do the same.
Thank you very much, great start! I am sure we can get listed on cryptsy if the community backs us.

Someone should host a contest like "Post on that thread to get the chance to win the OMC award"
Good luck guys.

This is a good idea but I've thought of a slight improvement on it. We should post on the twitter of somewhere like bitcointalk or Cryptsy, something along the lines of "Vote for OMC on Cryptsy" and then put a competition on the forums saying. If you post here sayiny "OMC for Cryptsy - HFUsername" you may win a chance to get the OMC award. Then after a week of everyone posting use random.org to pick someone.

I have a contest going right now if you check my threads. It involves a signature linking back to this thread, hopefully get us some notice in the Omnicoin section :)

Posting on the thread on bitcointalk as we speak. Looking forward to seeing OMC on Cryptsy. 🤝
