iTunes error -23 - heritage. - Mar 1, 2015
Trying to update my iPhone to 8.1.3 but every time I try and download the software it just brings up the error 'There was a problem trying to download'.
Tried to download the iOS off redmondpie and that doesn't seem to want to work either.
Any reasons why?

Hey buddy, here's the download link for iOS 8.1.3 for iPhone 6 Plus, it should perfectly download it and just in case you weren't aware and are looking for such a thing; there is no jailbreak available for iOS 8.1.3.
