Teach me Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express - AndyBeirsack - Mar 7, 2015
Im just starting out with "Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express" I know the basics like a Picture box and a web browser but that's it anyone wanna tutor me ?

First of all, This is visual studio, C#'s IDE. And second,you should start with vb.net,and then transition to C# imo.
Also,this is the VB section. Not C#.

You've already started on the wrong foot. Why 2010 when there is 2013? PictureBox and WebBrowser aren't actually basics -- the 'real' basics include the concept of programming, data representation, mathematical operations, arrays and iterations, yada yada yada.
To actually answer your question: Anyone who can actually program well enough to teach will not do it out of generousity, so you'll have to pay if you want 1:1 tutoring. That leaves option 2: Teach yourself. Grab a book, research, use whatever helps you to learn.

use YouTube, that's how i learned C#, after you learned the basics you can just start experimenting with it.
