Installing Kali Repo on Linux Mint Debian Edition ? - Zero_Luffy - Mar 9, 2015

Hi,
well this is just a thread for information base on some research i had made, since Kali linux is just debian with genome,

Ex , When you're using the same base, you can definitely use the same software repositories. Just as Ubuntu repos are compatible with Linux Mint, CentOS is compatible with RHEL etc...

If you install LMDE , and you install kali Linux repo on it , i don't think its gona cause problem , it kinda cool to have a distro , which can be use for daily basis with a bunch of hacking tool on it, had anyone try >?

some feedback about it .

Ps :I'am not talking about Ubuntu kernel, but simply, the LMDE ..

You could, they're both based off of Debian Testing. But it is fairly pointless when you'll never use all the tools that will be shoved down your systems throat.
A lot of tools are already included in Debian repositories, and then the rest you should compile yourself.
