ESL One Katowice 2015 Item Drops App Method - Bladee - Mar 12, 2015
Found a method on receiving the Item Drops you are only allowed to receive if you actually attend the event in Katowice, Poland.
This is a really nice method I found on my own and figured i'd help others out bc it gives free items. (not sure what it gives you yet, but I guess we'll see.)
Step 1: Download the ESL One Katowice 2015 App from the iOS or Android appstore.
Step 2: Download a location changer/mock app.
Step 3: Make sure your phone's location service is turned on, or GPS Locator.
Step 4: Open the location changer/mock app and navigate to Poland, go south a bit while zoomed in and find Katowice. If you continue to zoom in, there's a center circle around the middle of the city. Go West/Left on the highway of this circle until you find the road named "Sokolska." Follow down the road and look across the street from the "skwer Przyjaciol z Miszkolca" park area. Directly across the street of Skolska will be the angelo hotel Katowice building. Set your location on it.
Step 5: Open the ESL One Katowice App and click on "Item Drops" at the bottom of the App. It'll begin to load your fake location and then prompt you to sign into your Steam account. Sign into your Steam and it'll then notify you that you have "checked in" to the event and they'll notify you when you've received your first free item!
I hope this has helped anyone who wanted the drops!

I'm not entirely sure what it's for, i think the souvenir's drop in game? I could be wrong though.
Either or, worth doing it just to do it. Might be the pins, or the souvenir cases.
Either way, you save money. :D

I'm Android and i'm using "Fake GPS".
It's got a yellow emoticon guy with a yellow GPS.
Search either Location Mock, or Fake GPS/Fake Location, etc.

If it's the souvenir drops, it's useless to do this because you can get drops from just watching the twitch streams lol

yeah, but they drop with a low percentage chance lol.
there's like 500k viewers, and it only gives out like 5k per game?
I don't know how twitch stream works with the drops, but i'm sure not every viewer gets an expensive Souvenir case. lolol

It seems to be worked, I got checked in for today.
So when do we get the item(s) and how do I know I got em?
edit: this fake gps app could be pretty useful for other apps aswell.
