Just editing this logo in Photoshop doesn't make it bigger on the website. Is there something I need to do in the HTML or CSS to allow it to be bigger?

Set width and height tags on the object.
Either in-line (not to be used for actual production version of website, but might help you to see if there's any underlaying problem with the website)

}Edit: Just realised you're using WP. The same solution does of course still work, but might need a bit more troubleshooting to make it work well with your template.
