Looks like a legit report, just include a picture of his Skype profile.

Looks like a legit report, One question. Why have you covered up your username and other bits on the last image? they don't show any personal information etc and have no real reason to be covered up.

As far as I can tell you have covered up:
your username.
Time
and how many unread and read PM's you have.
