I know how you feel kinda, my reason was more or less my fault but I had an two accounts with negative balances on them because people charged back on me so I abandoned ship and now they limited my main PayPal and said I need to resolve those issues so they make me pay $140 frekien dollars then just said, yeah nah your permanently limited.
