Can you access files or recover them from an SD card without or after formatting? - Ferο - Mar 25, 2015 I have a SD card that is not working I believe I got a new one, but I'd like to copy the files off of the SD card and put them onto the new one. It tells me I have to Format the old SD to access it if it does that it will erase all the data on it. any software or things I could do that would help me. * - archangel.dmitry - Mar 25, 2015 Try running Recuva but it might not work as indented. Especially, if the OS can't assign a letter to the drive. If that fails, you can try a "big gun" called PhotoRec. Both are free. |
