OMC-Rates Fixed - Cryptic™ - Mar 25, 2015
http://omc-rates.com/
As many of you know, I've been away from HF for the past few months.
Wasan't planning on coming back today but I received an email from NameCheap earlier today about the domain renewal.
I then visited the OMC-Rates site and noticed it was broken due to AllCrypt being down for the past few days.
Spent a few minutes rewriting some code, and made it grab the OMC-->BTC exchange rates with the Bittrex API.
BTC-E is throwing Forbidden errors so I changed the default BTC-->USD rate from BTC-E to CoinBase.
Looked through the analytics of the site and I'm glad to see a lot of people actually use it. Close to over 12K unique hits a month, at least 400 of you have been using it for the past few months.
In the future, if the site breaks and I'm not around, I would really appreciate it if someone could give either Roger or xFlat a heads up so they can notify me.
That is all for now.

Good to see this updated, I think Omni will give you like 10k OMC if you want it.
Allcrypt is also down permanently.

Well yeah, Omni made a thread to create new, and Abe did it, it's now listed on the official Omnicoin website.
Thanks for fixing it anyway :p

Hey, thanks a lot, this was the first ticker i actively used daily, to check whether i made a profit since i made a considerable investment into omc in august last year.
Anyway, since you're not active, I'd be glad to offer to run this website free of charge and [b]develop it[/it] and I won't monetize it at all. I already have hosting.

If anyone messages me about it going down I will make sure Cryptic is notified within one business month.
