Unable to create a Truecrypt Volume - Salat - Mar 29, 2015

Everytime I try to create a volume, it gives me this error message;

[Image: g5FG1mn.png]

I tried it like 5 times now. I followed all the steps. I had truecrypt before (Samsung SSD 840 EVO, 250gb), but I bought a new SSD (Samsung SSD 850 EVO, 250gb).

I have Windows 7 installed on my SSD.

I would really appreciate any help🤝 I can also give you my Teamviewer details. 😊

You probably trying to encrypt a GPT partition. It is not supported by TC.

When you created partitions for your OS. You had choice (a little misleading statement on my part) of MBR or GPT. GPT is a newer standard with support of large volumes and other advantages. But TC does not support GPT. MBR is older format, which is still fine for SSD and it is supported by TC.
