"C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary Replace the Skype.exe directory path with the path to Bluestacks Paste that in to run and press enter. Don't know if it works, post with results! Failing this, or any other method, just grab a really light weight linux distro and have a bunch of VMs.
