Honestly, I wanted to learn as much as possible...starting from the beginning.. even if it take years to learn.. I want to do something, something that's incredible in my young age. one thing that ticks my curiosity is "Web Defacing". Can someone please help me? links will do.. I can't seem to find answers in Google .. Google feeds me with many false answers that is not directed on what I am searching for. Sorry for my bad english... pardon for taking much of your time.

You need to find a admin login and get the password for it, then you can upload a shell to change it.

Defacing is not a subject, but an outcome after you gain file write access to a website.

Learn how website work and function, learn what is a website. Learn how to make one, learn how to secure one, then learn how to hack one.

This^ There are plenty of tutorials here that will guide you through the process, but I cannot think of one that will actually help you as they basically spoon feed you a process with no real detail of what you are actually doing.
Learning the structure of websites is essential so that you can create a 'map' in your mind about what, where and how you are pen-testing.
As Pony said HTML, PHP, SQL (in that order), I'm not great with PHP but I know enough to get me by so if you need any help you can PM me or add me on XMPP.
