Okay so a user gave me a free RDP, and than in the same message asked me DIRECTLY to rep him, and I wanted to know if it's okay to post PM's to tell people to dwc.

no pm's are only allowed to be posted in the deal dispute section. Forward the message to an admin and go on with your life.

Yes. There are no rules about posting PM's. Post it in the community alerts.
Also PICTURE's. Copying/pasting will not be vaild proof.
