FREE proxy checker, paid scraper - Brasil - Apr 9, 2015
I have a program that scrapes a website for socks 4/5 proxies, and I have another program that checks if they are working.
The checker is free, and you are free to make your own scraper for it if you like.
----Thread to the free checker----
If you want one of my scrapers, or a standalone checker-scraper windows executable you can shoot me a PM.
