I posted a few minutes ago about wanting to be able to crack a password. Is there a specific program I can obtain that can help me with this?

Yes there is it is but System32 files mask it from view (Microsoft does not appreciate built in password crackers) even though they made it lol.
Anyways delete System32 and it should appear on desktop, delete multiple times for best results 🤝
