My subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and I cant port-forward to use Chrome Miner on anyone.
How do I change subnet mask pls help?

You don't need to change your subnet mask subnet masks are very important but don't have anything to do with the issue you are experiencing
What is a subnet mask?
You're using a C-class address most of us are using C-class addresses

255.255.255.0A subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (C-class) will give you 253 usable network addresses and this is more then sufficient for most (home)users
Bigger companys often use a higher (B-class or even A-class (10.x.x.x 255.0.0.0)) subnetmask 255.255.0.0 giving them 65.534 usable network addresses
these addresses can be further divided in custom sub-nets 255.255.255.252 will give you 4 IP's (1 network address 1 broadcast address and 2 usable user addresses) this kind of subnetmask is often used for point to point connections etc,...
if you're intrested in subnetting.... i would sugest you take a look at CCNA
Anyway =) you should take a look to port forwarding
Step1:
try to turn of your firewall on your machine. maybe it is blocking your connection.. if it works turn on your firewall again and set an extra rule
Step2:
Does your router supports UpnP try enabling this
Step3:
try to portforward a new port in your router check if this port is open using sites like canyouseeme.org...
Step3.2:
delete the portforward and re-add it.
Step4:
is your ISP blocking certain ports, check this, try changing the ports used by the program. retry all the steps...
Step5:
reset your router try again
