There are various ways to spread your RAT stub. One of the most used ways is via YouTube.
You make a convincing video for (for example) a Netflix account generator and put a download link to your stub in the video description.

Okay, all of the above answers are just terrible, although they're right about YouTube.
Make a LEGIT YouTube video, something that offers a REAL program or crack for one,
you'll just get a bunch of dumb kids or third world country installs if you make
"generator" videos... Think about it, if the person is actually that dumb/desperate
to look up for free things or generators, do you really want them on your RAT?
I have a legit YouTube video that gets lots of views and legit positive comments/likes
because I supply them with a WORKING crack + my binded file that they don't know about :)
Try something unique and unsaturated, find a program that people want and bind to it

OP just asked how to spread a RAT so the answers we provided aren't terrible at all since the methods work. What you said is true though, you will get a bunch of children if you spread the normal way via YouTube. But I don't think OP would mind that, he could just steal their Minecraft accounts for example if he wanted to lol.
