The Monster Musume TV anime is based off of the manga of the same name by Okayado.
I don't know how a series as ecchi as Monster Musume is going to make it past the TV censors, although I predict there will be a lot of conveniently-placed steam. That being said Lerche's animation on Assassination Classroom was very slick, and Tatsuya Yoshihara's previous work on Muromi-san was surprisingly funny. Yatterman Night was also a solid show, so there's an established track record here."

I hope this will be as good as the manga.
