So, Paypal just reversed my pending bank withdrawals and limited my account which now holds around $1300.

I need help from somebody who's dealt with this before. Not so much worried about the money, but I'd rather not have to continue doing business with a fake PP. All the funds are legit. PM me if you can help out.

This is very easy to solve actually. Just send them the information they need (probably ID and proof of residence) and they'll unlimit you in no time.

You need to contact PP by PHONE. Phone will make this much easier and quicker. First you will want to ask why it has been locked and if you can retrieve or move the money. If they say no, just wring at a different time when some one else different is on the phone, they might let you take / move it. Hope this helps.

never send email to pay pal support just call them i get limited on my real information and cc because they have so bad email support

In how much trouble am I if a lot of my payments were received as friends & family? How much suspicion would that raise?

You need to give them a call, but if the representative is a hard ass you should have answers for where all your money is coming from.

Potentially money laundering & tax evasion.
Just provide PP with the ID they request and they should remove the restrictions on the account.

Turns out I couldn't appeal the limitation for 180 days because I was flagged automatically instead of it being set by an agent. Called them up, and I'm now allowed to contest it by providing info on all my transactions. Will update if / when it's resolved.

They are requiring information about what kind of sales hes been doing, if he has no documentation on these sales hes fucked.
By this, i mean if he received just manually payments all the way.. without any website as a gateway.
I would call PayPal and ask them to speak to a expert, then you talk to that expert.. thats what I did, and she solved it out for me. I had to refund a few people but I got my paypal back.
