Anyone have any tips on how to start a clothing line? I have the name and can make myself designs along with website.
I think I have a good supplier but may need a second opinion.
I also need tips.

Maybe $200 at most. I can try to pool money together but its all in various places for a rainy day.

And with that $200 what do you intend on doing? Getting a printed design ($10) on a blank shirt or hoodie ($20). Now what? You just spent $30 on a shirt for a company nobody knows about.
