Just a little poll about this. Personally, I think the NHL is 1000x better, especially playoffs. In the NBA playoffs you legitimately NEVER see upsets. It's honestly the most boring postseason in all of professional sports. Lol.

anything that lacks contact, I will not bother watching.
my only exceptions are golf and baseball, and normally I watch those to fall asleep.
I'd rather watch paint dry or fuckn water polo than basketball.
only bigger pussies than basketball players are soccer players lol

Lol seriously. My only exception is March Madness, but I only watch that because I gamble lol. So much embellishment in basketball. Ridiculous.

If you never see upsets in the NBA, you're definitely not paying enough attention to it. Upsets happen every year in few series, and then there's home court advantages being lost and regained all the time.
I can't really judge hockey since I don't watch it, but I'm a basketball fanatic.

Basketball is just too boring to watch and nothing interesting happens.
Hockey is fun to watch because of all the action and fights.

Obviously, there is going to be huge bias in votes. There's going to be people who watch NBA more, so they will vote for NBA - and vice versa.
I myself, will of course say hockey because that is the sport I follow the most. I rarely watch NBA, let alone playoffs. I just watch highlights for the Raptors and that's it. When I watch NBA, I only watch the 4th quarter.
The poll won't get you honest results, unless the people who vote are the ones who watch and follows both sports consistently.

I prefer NBA,
Sure it's a bit predictable but there are upsets in the playoffs in the NBA also,
Any league there is upsets irregardless.
As the NHL can get pretty intense, so can NBA, along with any league.
NFL is the best though.

what irritates me so much ab basketball always with like 2-3 minutes left, there's nonstop intentional fouls which stop the play of game, and it takes like 45 minutes to finish the last 3 minutes of the fucking game, when the outcome is still inevitable, it's annoying how they all do it to try and change the tide of game, it just drags on and makes me even more bored.
