Hello guys thanks for visiting here.
anyways Can someone help me about coding the HTML file to wordpress?
I know HTML and CSS but the problem is I want my HTML own design to work with wordpress but I dont have any idea with PHP.
Tried searching on google and youtube for tutorials but those HTML templates they are coding was already made one and too much html code thats why I can't follow the tutorial well,
So if ever you have time maybe we could send a PM. Thanks!..

You tried to find a tutorial on Google? You clearly were not searching hard enough.
Simply Googling "How to make a wordpress theme" gave me a ton of results:
https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/wordpress_create_theme.htm

Also, don't forget to consult Wordpress' documentation:
