First, open Command Prompt as ADMINISTRATOR.
Shortcut: Windows Buttom + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
Next, type ipconfig, and find your default gateway.
Next, type ping hackforums.net and see the IP it comes back with.
Next, type route add thehackforumsIP yourDefaultGateway
Done.

It's just using your connection. So if it's blocked on the network, you won't bypass it.
