Scammed $70 by Rice UID=2109906 - Chance - May 10, 2015
I was selling $63 worth of BTC for $70 Paypal to the user Rice (UID=2109906). Profile linked here. The deal went smooth, he sent the Paypal to me and I sent the BTC in return. Things were fine and we went our separate ways. Keep in mind this was on the 1st of May. I check my Paypal today, and see that on the 5th of May the funds were held and on the 6th of may they were returned to him.

I wasn't on Paypal for about a week, and this all went down within a matter of a day or two. This deal was clearly done through HF and 100% legit and he has reversed the Paypal. This user is not to be trusted, he has several scam reports opened on him for this same exact thing.
The main thing I'm looking for is a way to dispute this and get my money back. If you could help me, please message me with any helpful information on disputing this. It doesn't seem to let me since it has already been finished and the money has been sent back to him.

Unfortunately OP, you received money from (more than likely) a stolen/cracked PayPal account. I got scammed too, same situation. You're not getting it back from PayPal :(

This is why you only deal with people who have a lot to lose by scamming you. Funny how easy it is to make money by PP fraud on HF.
