Amount: $30 USD Paypal.

Deal Description: So Rice or AKA Don, Asked for a loan, He wanted $30 in paypal so he can transfer to BTC then gamble. He said he will receive the money back by gambling. I sent him through paypal and waited the 2 days he said I had to wait, a week past and haven't got anything back. I tried contacting him but he keeps dragging his excuses. Thats when I knew it was time to take action.

My Opinion: To be honest, I am not worried about losing the money, But would love if he can give it back. BUT UNDERSTAND, for the safety of this community I am just warning the community about this user. I had another person on skype add me and tell me that this user (Rice) was scamming other people aswell. I will be honest with you I have seen one/two scam reports about this guy, But I do like to see the good in someone not the bad, But this user turned his face to showed the bad. I do warn the community not to deal with this user and beware of him. Aswell I did get some information that he is using Paypal verified accounts so he will be giving you money from other people. I do hope I have helped some people and hope some people who have been scammed by this user can stand up and speak freely.

I'm sorry for your loss OP, you should have checked the database before loaning it to him. Good luck getting the money back.
