I uptaded the link. And it checks faster and it can take thousands of proxies to be checked in seconds!

Your proxy's shit, and I bet you C&P it. Look at your HTML monkey, it's got fucking center tags like a child would use. Heard of Divs? Maybe a doctype and some body tags?
