Use a VPN, use fake info, don't link profiles together, I repeat... do not use any personal info - use only fake info, don't upload any pictures/share any pictures with people you may feel that could DOX you are just a few things

Do not tell anyone anything true about yourself or publish it. Use different aliases and dont use one single password on all of your accounts.

Don't post any real informations online, change your Identity once in a while, post fake doxes about yourself.
Use VPNs, TOR, get a few USB sticks with TAILS, use Bitcoins and mix your coins online.
Change your typing pattern, don't use skype (Use encrypted chats instead.), don't use social networks.
Use temporary mails, unique passwords for every accounts, use other people's/public nicknames from account generators.
Don't trust anyone, be paranoid, and the gold rule: Shut the fuck up.

Use a very common name for your alias. I remember playing this server with a guy called AstroA40. Which kept him hidden from your average doxer because every time they tried searching google for AstroA40 they'd get results regarding the headset.
