Susperia promised me a WebBased PHPmailer within 30mins of payment & after taking 30$ in BTC from me does not reply to my PM's even when he's online.

Just for ease and to prevent confusion, you should link to the user's profile in your post and also put the image in a spoiler along with using [im g] [ / im g] tags.
