Should I have dropped Durarara!!x2 Shou - Insomnolence - May 29, 2015
It just seems like the anime is too hard to follow and the only interesting thing is the characters. I got to episode 7 and then lost interest.

Drop it if you want to. Some people never drop shows, some do. If you think it is a waste of time then you are better off dropping it to be honest.

It all makes sense in the end...
They just like to jumble up the story a shit-ton...

I don't see a reason to force yourself to watch something you don't enjoy. I would personally try to finish the season as I couldn't stand dropping partway through, but there's no reason to make yourself finish the show.

If you can't follow durararara i hate to break it to you but your attention span is really short. The story is not very complicated especially if you watched the first season. The way they tell it slice by slice like in a book is what makes it great but it is not complex.

Well, the first one was much more of a mess than the second one but, it was still all over the place. Also, I don't see how this has anything to do with my attention span.

This show telegraphs so much it is pretty insane. I figured out why everyone was special in the first season by episode 10.
Spoiler (Click to View) All you have to do is keep each slice in mind which is very easy for someone who reads a lot as little details matter in scifi/mysteries. But is very hard for someone who does not have that expanded attention span. If it is confusing then that is why.

yeah, I really loved how they told the story. I get being confused during the first bit of s1 but after that it's easy to understand. I can't remember anything confusing about x2 Shou.

I have had some things on hold midway through for about a year but I have only ever dropped one show. Fucking Golden Time. Fucking waste of time.
