Revamp Comedy Section - Prophet Banana - May 30, 2015
This is why the comedy section failed... Miserably
- No strict rules
- No strict guidelines
- Section title bates trolls
- No strict moderation
I'm the one who suggested the section and not even I wanted to get involved in the stupidity being posted there.
I am willing to devout my time to making the section work.
- I will write up a rule list that works with HF existing posting guidelines
- I will write a detailed introduction and a how-to of how comedy writing works, and how to write your own original funny bits, stories, and jokes
- I am willing to monitor the section daily, ridding any posts by trolls and posts that do not meet the section's rules
I understand why the section was deleted. And if this suggestion is denied, I understand as well.

That section should never be brought back. It's just filled with members like boxxy trying to be funny.

In my opinion, it's a useless section. No matter what the rules, it will be filed with C&P jokes from reddit and elsewhere. And some others will use it to troll other members. If I actually wanted a laugh, I'd rather go browse reddit or the deal disputes section in here.
