Rurouni kenshin is great, if you haven't seen it yet. You will love it. Although a large portion of the 95* episodes (maybe last season) is considered filler so its up to you if you watch that or not. Research it, I watched it all it's good.

You could try Blade of the Immortal or Afro Samurai

Watch Basilisk: Kouga Ninpou Chou. You won't be disappointed.
Don't waste your time with Kenshin. Only watch the OVAs. They are amazing. The TV series is ass.
Karas is sorta Samurai ish. (Its amazing OVA though)
Ninja Scroll is a classic also.
Samurai 7 is ass don't waste your time with it.
Hope I helped :)

If you like SC, watch Afro Samurai. It has Samuel L. Jackson doing the dub.
It's great, same crude humor as SC.

Watch the OAVs Samurai X Trust and betrayal way better than the Anime itself.
