Scammed My Bitcoins For PP Funds.
Sent Him 1.3BTC For His Paypal Funds
After Recieving BTC He Said There Is Problem With His Paypal So He Will Pay Me Tomorrow.

I Waited 2 Days Before Opening This Report
I Upgraded To L33t After They Scammed Me To Increase My Inbox Size To Keep PMs.
I Never Agreed With Him To Add Middleman.
I Asked Him First That, Can You Send Money To Indian Paypal Account? And He Agreed.
If There Was A Problem With His Paypal Then He Could Simply Return My Coins To Me.
Now He Not Even Replying Me.

What is there to help you with?
The scammer will not be banned unless he admits to scamming onsite (and even then sometimes they aren't).
Staff don't get involved in deal disputes, since deals on here are done at your own risk.
Sucks you got scammed, but the most you can do is make this thread and hope no one else deals with him if they're smart enough to research him before dealing.
Also, neutral him with a link to this report and call him a scammer.
